  • Gabriel Dilworth, Owner/GC

    Gabe founded Redwood Constructors to build high-performance, sustainable homes in West Los Angeles. With 20+ years in carpentry, construction management, and building science, he lead a full-service firm specializing in healthy, energy-efficient custom homes. By self-performing key trades and exceeding code standards, our team delivers durable, wellness-focused homes that unite thoughtful design with superior craftsmanship.

  • Danny Cerezo, Architect/PM

    Danny brings decades of hands-on construction and design experience, beginning as a Navy SeaBee Engineering Aid where he mastered surveying, soils testing, and building layouts. Rising to a Civil Engineer Corps officer, he managed multimillion-dollar hospital facility upgrades in Portsmouth, VA, coordinating architects and contractors. After his military service, he became a licensed general contractor in Los Angeles, building multifamily housing, and later a licensed architect, leading dozens of residential projects and guiding construction in the field. Today, Danny leverages his combined expertise as a consultant construction manager with Redwood Constructors, helping deliver finely crafted residential projects.

  • Jonathon Dilworth, Developer/PM

    With over two decades of experience in construction and development, Jonathon has built a reputation for creating high-performance, healthy homes across Los Angeles. From entitlements and permitting to construction management and delivery, he has navigated the city’s complex building environment and overcome the many challenges that come with residential development. His background spans hands-on carpentry, large-scale project oversight, and custom homebuilding, giving him a unique perspective and skill set that ensures every project meets the highest standards.

  • Hannah Heim, Office Manager

    Hannah keeps operations running smoothly as our Office Manager, handling payroll processing, bookkeeping, and insurance audits among other tasks with precision and care. Her strong organizational skills and attention to detail ensure accuracy across financial and administrative tasks, providing essential support to both our field and office teams.
